As a preacher’s kid born in Los Angeles, I have always been aware of the importance of faith in my life. However, I am also a child of divorce. And I understand some of the difficulties I faced as a child, along with the financial and relational challenges that my parents faced as a result of that divorce. At times, that divorce affected me emotionally as I struggled with self-confidence, self-esteem, and emotional safety and peace.
My heart was often torn as I navigated the conflict and division between my parents, and later different family configurations. I often felt “stuck” in between multiple family arrangements. These early challenges deeply influenced my mission and passion for helping others build strong, fulfilling relationships.
I truly believe that three relationships are important in our life: our relationship with God, our relationship with ourselves, and our relationship with our spouses and children. Helping people connect with God spiritually and emotionally, with themselves spiritually and emotionally, and with their spouses and family spiritually and emotionally is my life’s work.
Our relationship with God connects us with the One who made us, gifted us, and shaped us for purpose in living. Our relationship with ourselves helps us with our self-image, self-care, and the ability to accomplish so much in our lives. Our relationship with our spouses allows us to be vulnerable, to be known and loved, and to have connection and partnership in life.
My mission is to empower individuals and couples to build fulfilling relationships through guidance, seminars, and personalized support. I foster deeper connections, understanding, and communication to create lasting, joyful bonds.
